Generally that voltage is 18volts i believe, and if you're running 18volts in your car, chances are you not looking at Boss or Jensen, or Pyramid, etc...

you kids know these amps arent overrated but they rate them for ahigher voltage than youll get but if you get that voltage youll get the power stated....

Amp companies could rate their products at fifty volts, and if you get a 50V system mobile, sure, but is that the correct thing to do?

Who's dissing Jensen around here? I've bought one of their ancient amps and one of their new HUs, and I haven't had trouble either way. Call it luck of the draw.
