This is my amp and box, what subs do you suggest

Im a newbie and i need help selecting 3 10" subwoofers that would hold up and not blow out with this amp:

Lanzar OPTI4000D

1x2000 Watts RMS at 4 OHMS

1x3000 Watts Max at 4 OHMS

1x3000 Watts RMS at 2 OHMS

1x4000 Watts RMS at 1 OHM

heres the box i have,

those are jl w0 10's and i seriously doubt they'll hold up with this amp, my budget is 400 dollars for 3 subs, thanks in advance for any suggestions you have. appreciate it!

How much power do you want the amp to put out?

im not exactly sure, im happy with whatever wattage that could power the subs and make them hit hard without killing them

first, wire those 3 jl's to 1 ohm and let them have 4kw and lets get a vid of them all blowing/catching fire at the same time, then we can talk about what subs you should get.
