i was dead set on getting two 10s ported but after seeing that sundown now has a E series subwoofer...

1.) two 10s ported (1 cube each tuned to 32-33 hz) vs. one 15 ported ( are there any that can fit in a 2 - 2.3 cu ft enclosure? will be tuned to 30- 32hz)

2.) besides the soft parts, what is the difference between buying an internet direct company sub vs buying something from walmart/kmart/parts express, etc? to me, it seems like more people would buy POS subs if the enclosure and power requirements were much more accurate.....

well the POS sub from were ever probably isnt going to last long even on rated power. What are looking to spend. there may be a better sub in your price range than you think

i know i dont wanna go over $155 a piece for the 10s. as far the 15, pricewise, idk. im more concerned about the size of the enclosure than price.

i was just reading on PE that the box is probably gonna have to be 3.25cu BEFORE sub and port displacement..... dammit:crap:
