its a good amp. puts out rated power. also check out the viper 1200.1 at ikesound its made by the same company and is only $189 refurbished

lol, only have experience with old school orion amps, but have to say I just find it hard to believe it could go from what it was to something below average or even average. Vipers are no longer made, and IkeSound is out of refurbs...

But yes the 1200D's are the shit.
