This a good amp?

I am looking to upgrade my amp that is running 6" Kicker w/ Tweeter (75 RMS max) and6x9 3 way Kickers(90 RMS max)

I am looking at currently the JL Audio G Series 4 Channel 500W JLG4500

It says it does 4x80 RMS watts @ 4 ohm each channel. Which is about as close as I am going to get to powering my 6x9s without having to pay for extra that my 6"s won't use.

What is your guy opinion on this amp? I have been told its very clear and good quality.
