Thinking Of Running another run of wire, 1\0 need some help

Well ok i just sold my truck to get a tahoe, well the knu 1/0 from the front to the back is going to be short, I think to reach the back of the tahoe right behind the rear seat where I will be putting my extra battery, It was cut to fit in my truck, well I plan on fusing the wire then adding extra to reach the battery, well I was thinking since Ill be putting the wire in anyways, to go ahead and run another run of 1/0 with it, well my question is should I run another ground from the rear battery, I planned on grounding the battery in the back for now till i can afford 2 runs of negative from the front battery, can I just run to runs of negative to the ground and have the same effect, also I planned on grounding my amps the rear battery,Is this fine

I would do two runs of negative before two runs of power.
