thinking about getting a power cell

i have a 1500watt rms amp and a 700watt sub, i am going to be getting an IA DP and i have done the big three and even with my current amp the amp cuts out due to low voltage when i turn it up about all the way.

i was told it would be best to get a basic power cell to put in the back of my jeep.

any suggestions on a power cell or something else that will keep a better current from the battery to the amp?
