it looks pretty legit to me.....try and find a phone number, a lot of fake companie won't have a phone line, see if they take american express as well

Searching the email address on Google I see a bunch of legit questions on different boards about issues getting his site going. So I would say yes it is legit but I would ask to talk to someone on the phone first as it is obviously someone selling out of their house.

I am not far from that area but pretty sure it is a residential area so I do not believe it is an actual shop, just someone selling stuff over the internet which again is no big deal. He may actually not even have it on him it may be send via a distributor or even the actual manufacturer.
