1500 watts x 18 amps = 27,000 watts total

27,000 / 14.4 / .80 = 2343.75

^^^ That's the formula for current draw...so with the subs amps alone he'll be drawing well over 2,000 amperes of power - ha!

Then to even that out, you need some seious highs, and mids...atleast another couple hundred watts. He said three amps for each pair. If you meant 3 amps total, you should have said one amp per pair. Three per pair is nine. Yeah, I mixed up the math and thought it was 18, but either way, that's a lot of amps.

Ok, so you want three RF 1500 amps. That's not unrealistic. But six 12W7s is. I've never seen anybody with more than two or three, because they're just so ****ed expensive. Again, I must ask, what vehicle is this going into? Because you'll still need a second alt and battery for that much power.

I also want pics before I buy into the idea that you're really doing this. And why are you going to ruin the SQ potential of those W7s with RF amps?

And Rockford amps dont ****, they aren't the best, but they don't ****. I mean, hell, you can even scramble eggs on them!

Oh, I missed the part where he said it was going into an H2. I guess if he can afford that, he might well be able to afford all that stuff. But I still want pics, ****it.

And I don't think RF amps ****, I just think that if you're paying that much money for subs, you should get amps that do them justice. RFs are fine, but they're not quite top-of-the-line, that's all.
