Im looking at using automobile grade cables/welding cable which is equivalent to 4awg in an upcoming install due to budget restraints.
Allready went through all the pics on the wires thread :
http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=147289&page=5 and seems like many brands try to get away with less strands and a thicker jacket, shall watch out for that.
What exactly is the diff between fine strands/thick strands.. obviously one would be ease of installation with the fine strrand. Anything else I can do especially to judge the quality of copper used etc?
