I'm not for banning guns at all, I mean yes I think you should have to get permits for certain types, but people are going to get guns if they want to legal or not.

agreed but in those causes how is it the guns (or the ability to own the gun) the problem. if they are gonna snap they are gonna snap. if they wanna kill someone and dont have a gun they will come up with some other whacked out way to kill a bunch of people.

I would be happy if there was an IQ requirement for owning them. Actually I wish there were an IQ test for a lot of things, like driver's license.
