ED SQ10, and pioneer has one. Those are the only two I can think of right now.

Blaupunkt's Overdrive series are VERY thin speakers, with a mounting depth of just under 2.6".

Only downside to these designs really is displacement, as typically you are looking at between 8-12mm of xmax, most of them having under 10mm of one way linear xmax. Still, hard to complain given how shallow some of these drivers are.

Yep, they definitely aren't cheap. I'd say the TB and ED offerings are probably some of the few sensibly priced low profile subwoofers out there.
