It's all in the gearing.

NO!

Prerunning involves speed.

Basically, a vehicle like that 6 wheel has a really low range. Ive read about it many times but don't exactly know how to explain it. The tires spin slowly with tons of power/torque to overcome obstacles. Prerunning is like crack addict superman style offroad.
