Hey all! You know it's interesting to see what people have as far as subs are concerned, and what people have to say about them. Let us take a look a one company shall we. Alpine //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif After looking over the net and what not, Alpine seems to have a lot of numbers out there. I can tell you from my own persoanal expereince that the type E, for the money, is a solid good sounding sub. The reviews on Crutchfield alone would seem to agree with me. That brings us to the imfamous type R. Crutchfield by far has far more 5 star ratings for that puppy than any one sub that they carrry. Hell we here at the forum have a ongoing type R thred. That should tell us something. It would seem to me that Alpine in some form has corned the market with their wonder subs. Maybe one day I will have a type R for my very own. Understanding that there is certainly better out there if you are willing to pay, but it sure seems to be very popular to have Alpine subs. Just my 2 cents worth.
