I should be able to give my good honest opinion on the difference between the two once the hdc3 18 comes out. Im going to drop it in in place of the btl with the same power and see what the difference is. Should have the btl metered by then and be able to meter the hdc also.

Still not sure on which pair I will go with but I have been very interested in the AQ, we shall see once the 18's come out!

Interested in the difference with the tighter tolerance coil and the spider package. I know mine with the "daily" option has loosened up quite a bit but was handling >2500wrms no problems.

I wish FI would QC the cones better. to be honest i think the whole sub will do fine i just hope the lack of the outer coating and some imperfections during the pressing of the Cone it self Wont become a issue..
