The TRUTH on Lanzar OPTI Series

I am in need of more power, so I was looking at a Lanzar Opti200D... I have searched, and seen many posts saying the opti's are under rated, and many saying they are over rated. I would like some statements from people who have actual experience with this line of amps. The 2000D is rated at 1600w RMS at 1.3 ohms, and I would like to know what exactly to expect from it. Anyone happen to have any benches from these amps? Links to articles about them, etc... Birthsheets would be very helpful.

Lanzar seems like a good company to me. I bought a Vibe 258 off ebay for only $119 shipped and it came faulty. I just emailed them and they are gladly letting me exchange it for a new one for free. They have great customer service and although people bash on their stuff alot, it seems like the Opti series would be a good bet.

PS... they are made by the same people that make Pyramid and Legacy

By the way... I've been emailing them tonight and they have emailed me back three times. The first time it took 2 minutes, the second time it took 4 minutes, and the third time it took 1 minute for a reply. There customer service is fast as hell.

CA&E tested this amp to do 1965wRMS @ .5ohm 14.4v.

Overall Lanzars are nice budget amps. The Opti's being a great mid-level product.
