please explain what this agility test thingy is

it is to measure ur strength and stamina. it includes range of motion, carrying 50pds, pushing, pulling 50 pds on a sled and a dead lift.

it also includes valspar 19..which is reading a shipping label, putting the proper stuff in the package and carrying it a slight distance. the packages weigh 30pd, 40pds, and 50 pds and u have to do as many as u can in 20 minutes, correctly.

that's it...

btw..i got the highest scores to date...hehe

no..i'm a welder. lol..and general dynamics (the part of it i tested for) makes ammunition for various organizations, goverments. everything from 7.62mm up to 30mm.

i dunno why the test the way they do...oh well..

mainly trunk lid and some parts of the trunk, and back of the seat and rear deck if i can get to it, then use it whereever else i have enough left for, be it doors or pillars. You are doing your whole car doors trunk and everything?
