Is he the guy that's been in the news lately 'cause he got caught molesting a young sheep but doesn't think he should have to be listed on the *** offender's registry? Something about he would never hurt a child or something?

Wouldn't hurt a child but got caught molesting a kid........

In his case, his neighbors are probably already registered. It's sort of like a block-party-neighboorhood thing, you know. They'll hold a party - large amounts of whiskey and livestock are sure to be involved.
