I'm calling it not my fault as I know for certain it was working when I shipped it out (because I was still using the durn thing until it sold!). Add to that the fact that I clearly stated in my listing that I offer no return policy on used electronics due to the fact that I have no mechanism for verifying the install capabilities of the eventual end user and I reckon it's pretty clearcut.
Then you factor in that my buyer resold the amp prior to asking for a refund (do you know of any audio stores buying used, discontinued gear on
eBay?!?) and as much as I hate to be that way there's no way in he
ll that I would give a refund.
It just chaps my hide b/c I know I'm a stand-up guy and do not under any circumstances sell something that isn't exactly as described. My integrity being called into question irritates me to no end.
