We could replace some parts and go get it tested, we'd make sure it was working before we sent it back. I don't know the price off hand, I'd have to talk to my buddy and see how much it would be. I don't imagine a crapload, maybe in the $200 CAD range including parts if any are needed. Not sure how much a reg would be. I'll try and talk to him later today about it, and we can try and work it out between us.

what is the exchange rate?

It hovers around 10% right now.. about 12% today it looks like

$200 CAD according to Google would be $178 USD today. Plus shipping and all that of course.
