Now getting back into it is emarrasing, i can't lift shit compared to the people i was lifting w/ before, it sucks.
oh, and a guy @ my gym is going for a 700lb bench next monday, kindof impressive if you ask me.. the guy benched 650 for a pause in a meet, state record.
