Nice work man, this thing is a beast. I'm curious about your second alt though... I drive a Saturn SC2, I think you had mentioned you removed the A/C to make room? Any chance you have a photo of the bracket you used?

I have an idea. When it's done, stuff a midget in the horn opening. Instead of measuring dB, we measure midget velocity as they shoot out the windshield.

Thanks. And if you go down through these pics you'll see a couple with the 2nd alt in it...removed the AC and welded-up a bracket to hold the alt using the factory mounting points for the AC bracket.

Alright, got a bit done. More layers to the side of the horn and made a mold of the pillar so I can glass the horn over to it and also glass over from the enclosure at the bottom to seal..

^2 and a half packs of mat were added...a good handful of layers, lost track

Theyre just fine. If you mounted them youd know why im not trying to do it often...lol, not the best of times. Covering them does the trick

Alright. I trimmed up the seal-piece and got it mounted with some silicone adhesive so that it'll seal and also be flexible.

Got some cloth over to the seal from the horn...

I love the idea of this build but it seems like a lot of work. Just wondering if you had in mind what kind of gains you're expecting out of this.

Thanks guys. And im looking for mid 150's out of this when done but the main goal is a 49.9 bassracer.
