the right amp for two 12" sd2.5s

i just purchased two dual 4 ohm 12" audioque sd2.5s, now i need to start looking for an amp. the sd2.5s take 500 rms watts, but i plan on giving them 600-800 rms. since they're 4 ohm, i guess i need an amp that pushes anywhere from 1200-1600 rms watts at 1 ohm. i'm looking to spend $275-300 on the amp. so what would be the most efficient amp in my price range? suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
