what a failure ahah the graph gives actual numbers not a percentage, and since whites out number blacks by far obviously there will be more or should be more whites in jail. but blacks are about the same as white which is quite sad.

Um, that's a cell phone connection tethered to my carPC through bluetooth. It was even before the Rev. A update. Its more like 1.5mb down 700k up now. I'm usually on my home connection when I'm posting. I posted that from the carPC. Try again.

Well point is you can hardly call DSL speeds on a cell phone a shitty internet connection. Especially since I can use it to download any album I want in the car in under 3 minutes.
