The next level of wire quality

I found this company about a year ago.....a buddy of mineordered the single crystal silver RCA cables for his system

and I'm completely fawkin blown away in the difference in

sound..he also has the single crystal copper speaker wire(12gage)

un real stuff.....It costed him almost $800 for the three RCA's and

the speaker wire but the system sounds so much more tight and crisp

than it did with his old OFC stuff by a long shot

I'll be re doing my system with the same stuff over the winter

check it out

Yes, I'm sure an $800 cable makes all the difference in the world. I should hook my audiobahn gear up with them //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

not quite $800.....the RCA's are 170usd a pair (3 - 9 ft long pairs)and 100ft of the 12 gage OCC copper speaker wire was $55usd

so the total price in usd is $655 plus bank charges

I have tried alot of different cables...some really dont make a difference

at all..these things are amazing

the electrical resistance of the OCC copper is almost 32% less than pure OFC

and the silver is even more efficient

they are very nice looking RCA's to....he got the 24k gold ends

he also has alot of money ...just change for him so he was a good gunia pig
mcintosh used to use telephone cable in their top of the line cabinets...ill trust them.

Wire quality DOES matter, i've seen a guy running 2 sets of pear cable for his hole car which is alot of money than a decent amp .

That's why stereo audiophiles spends shiet load money not just on amp but also on RCA , they also know the differences in warmth, depth, smoothness of each cable added to their system.

But still, if his gear area really good stuff so he should get it to get the most out of his system.

I was at Circuit City the other day lookin' at TVs, and noticed their "wire comparison" display, which is supposed to demonstrate the superiority in sound of Monster Cable over "standard cable".

For the Monster Cable, they had a 50' roll of what looked to be 14ga-16ga speaker wire. For the "standard" wire, they had a 50' roll of what looked to be 22ga-26ga wire.

Hmm.....I wonder why that might sound different //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

audiophiles make up words like warmth, depth, smoothness to justify spending an *** load of $$$ on something that actually does nothing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Was listening to some Slayer today and no F'ing cable on earth will make it sound smooth or warm //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif
