I can see the appeal of a low power high efficiency design, but I also like the idea of a high power high effeciency sub.

With 1000 watt power handling, it's not exactly a "low" power subwoofer. It just doesn't NEED 1000 watts to get it going - 500 watts on up will be just fine.

Thanks for going the SQ route. More companies need to start worrying about accurate reproduction and less about loud. Loud is good once in a while, but for daily use, you shouldn't be listening to 125-130+ for long periods anyways.

Not saying that I don't listen to my music loud from time to time, but for the most part, it's usually at a more respectable level, and I'd much rather have it reproduced accurately than just be able to get as loud as possible, and **** the SQ.
