Dude that is super shitty..... I would agree with whoever back a few posts said the dude's probably a tweaker. I’d go over and have a chat with this dude just to see what type of dude he is. If he's a reasonable guy (which I assume he's not) then try to work with him, however if he's a crazy ****, which I would put money on, get a lawyer, some crystal meth, plant it in his back yard somewhere and then call the police and tell them you think he’s dealing drugs and that you see people walk into the back yard around a plant or something drop money off and then pick up packages of stuff and you are a little concerned because you see them carrying guns...

i live 1/2 mile out of city limits. His 9 year old daughter has told us he does cocaine. we told the cops but they still wont come out, liek i said there super fuc*in lazy around here! So next time i call im going to say theres ***** chicks out here runnin around and when they get here in about 3 secs im gonna tell them how it is. This dude will be gettin somethin done, dad has a friend thats ex. chief of police and another that is a federal game warden. umm no we let him out to pee dumbasS cuz you know thats what u do with ur dogs to keep them from fuc*in up the house! And he usually stays within my friends yard i guess he went off to go smell the dead deer. I just got done takin pics so we could move him to bury him tonight.

its not his property, its just a field that another guy owns behind our houses. the dog was about 60-70 yards atleast from his property.
