santana has proven to be one of the best pitchers in the game so i like my chnaces when he is on the mound. now in a 7 game series of would've taken chicago then.

Wasn't the game like 4-3? Sounds like a big blowout. You really don't know anything about baseball do you? I don't care if Santana beat him 10 straight times, if they are all by 1 run, at least he is keeping them in the game. Unlike Rogers who's 7 ER in 2/3 innings made the game out of reach.

Funny how you quote me and say I said Contreras is better, but if you learned to read the quote, you'd find that I said, don't forget about Contreras. Nobody else would have said shit about it, but I have to spell it out to you. By saying don't forget about Contreras, I was saying don't write the sox off yet. You act like Santana is a sure win. Last I checked he did have a few losses. Probably more than Contreras. The man isn't unbeatable. Just like none of the Tigers pitchers are unbeatable.

actually the tigers won all those games except for the cleveland one so your point is mute. also i would take contreras or santana vs. rogers in a heart beat so the reason you bring rogers into the mix is beyond me.

contreras gets more run support then santana. santana is a half run better era with double strikeouts.

also minnesota's bullpen > chicago. in a one game series you only need santana to give you 4-5 innings. you liriano, reyes, rincoln, and nathan

Doesn't matter to me, b/c you see, my team won the championship last year. What did your team do last year and the year before that and the year before that? Lose 90+ games. So ultimately you can rag on me for whatever, but the Tigers won't be winning the World Series so they'll be sitting at home watching as well.
