Yep Minnesota looks like the team to worry about at this point in time, however besides Lirano and Santana there pitching isnt anything to root about. I mean there next 3 starters pretty much ****. I guess there relief is pretty good though in Reyes and Nathan. But I really think another starter needs to rise to the occassion.
Brad Radke is ok, but he is just having another Brad Rake year. He isnt the talent of Santana or Lirano. I mean he is 9-7, and has almost a 5 era. I think he really needs to step it up if they are to make the playoffs, but I see them more of a threat than Chicago right now.radke has been pretty solid for them. when you are in a short series having 2 dominant pitchers and a good bullpen is enough to win. you know those 2 will get atleast 4 starts. also jaun rincoln is great out of the pen for them

I am pulling for Detriot, since I like the underdogs and I really hope they do make it. But, with the way Minn. is playing and a lot of the season left, then I hope Detriot dont go in a slump, becasue Minn is playing balls out and dont seem to be slowing down much. That Mauer kid impresses the shit out of me. Probably one of the better catchers and hitters in the league.
detroit does have a really tough schedule also though dont they....anything could happen.minnesota won't keep it up cause they have a tough schedule. they play detroit 10 more times, boston, new york, chicago, toronto. this streak they are on are against mediocre teams at best. except for chicago or boston, they haven't played against top quality teams.
