lol the tigers go back 100 years so 80 wins isn't the best in their history. don't forget magglio ordonez and carlos guillen were missing most of last season. also these pitchers are young on detroit. bonderman is like 23, and had a 10-5 record at the all-star break. these pitchers are young and maybe finally developing into major league pitchers
Well ok more recent history then. I mean I see what your saying about Ordonez and all, but there pitching was decent last year starting out and then fell to shit. I mean nothing like this year, but Bondermans numbers fell down drastically after the all star break. Like I said it is a long season.
Also man did CC Sabathia look sweet in his last start. Now if the rest could do even half that the Indians might have the best record with the way the offenese is going. Woot for Casey Blake leading the league in batting average. Having an allstar type year finally.
