I agree Pujols is on pace to do something really special.fu(k Bonds.
Pujols is a real hitter. He will eventually be the HR king.
I also agree that Barry Bonds always was and pretty much is an *******, especially toward the media. I saw some footage once of Bonds when he was in his 2nd or 3rd year in Pittsburgh and he was going out of his way to fuck with a reporter for the local news. You want to talk about cocky? That was Bonds. Ever since then he's grown into what you see today, add to that all the roids accusations (which I believe he was juicing) and you see the ******* we have in font of us. He's passing one of the best homerun hitters in the history of the game and NO ONE really wants to give him any props for it because of the legacy he has made for himself with his attitude. Its really a shame if you ask me.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
Back to Pujols, like I said he is "on pace" to do great things. However, records like that are not broken over night and alot of good things would have to happen for Pujols to do that. He has to stay pretty much healthy for a long time. He has to continue to be as productive as he is now, atleast 80% as productive as he is now. If he can do that and eventually move over to an American League team at the end of his career so he can DH and he just might break some records.
But to say HE WILL is a pretty bold statement when he has such a LONG way to go to do this. I think Pujols is a GOOD guy and I wouldn't mind seeing him do it.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
