WTF? If you're concerned, go see what those circuits are and see if you have them. They might use that fuse block for all sorts of vehicles, and those open sockets might be for stuff you don't have. Take it to a Mechanic or VW garage and get an expert to look at it.Tow it if it doesnt drive now. This is a car audio site not a mechanic/auto repair site.
