This picture shows the openings from the trunk to the cabin. there are three holes in the rear deck, and i outlined where the square of sheet metal used to be, thats actualy my gas tank outlined in red, hopefully a few layers of deadner will keep it from explodeing into the cabin in the even of a major wreak. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gifLol Bass is fun when there's a Gas tank behind the rear seats. Duno if ur lucky enough to have the speaker opening in the back dash
How do your Q's sound currently? yeah the openings in the rear deck were from the stock speakers, the LS dosnt have that square of sheet metal?lol i see, ya the hole on the dash from the stock sub?. I'm removing the back dash on my car for bass. I can't remove the area that u did in front ofthe gas tank.
The LS just has a huge plate taht covers the whole back area, and I dont think its removable. Mine had a little 10" diameter circle piece that u can take out to mess with the settings of the gas tank but it doesnt actually go into the trunk. The Q's sound very good, I really love the subs. But I'm plannin a different install to get more bass in the car (cutting back dash)How do your Q's sound currently? yeah the openings in the rear deck were from the stock speakers, the LS dosnt have that square of sheet metal?
