Alright so i've narrowed my choices down to 3. I will get whatever amp will suit any of these options perfectly and money is not the issue. Im not basing this on SQ or SPL i just want to here which one you guys think would be best. I'll be getting a ported box tuned 33 or around there. What do you guys think?

1. 1 18" BTL

2. 1 18" HDC318

3. 1 18" 9518

ok here is my input

he is 16, has $600 right now from what hes told me, his bday is in july and he is "spoiled"

so $ is the option. i personally dont believe he is gonna have the $ or electrical to power these properly but have been telling him to go with audioque cause of the price and how they sound.

he has nada for anything, sorry dude but im trying to help. he has 600 total for his whole system. he has some infinity subs, a us amps amplifier nothing near to power any of the above subs and no electrical or batts he prob has around 8gauge power wire ran

yeah im 19 and pay for everything myself and work alot and make pretty decent money and am starting a new build that i dont expect to finish for a while. he is 16 and most likely dont have a job. im trying to help him build a decently good sytem with the $ he has. plus what ever he can come up with the next few months. he plans on finishing by july. imo this isnt gonna happen

You don't have near enough power for any of those subs; they're potential would be wasted of off your zx1500.1. I'd look into a pair of Fi SSD's to go with that amp; those would be plenty loud and sound nice doing it.
