What is your point? You are obviously a very intellegent person, do you truly think that all is well. I am not here to get into a persona debate with you, if you would like to try to take some of the thoughts that are expressed and bring forward some answers, or some info to provoke thought great. I am a common man, that can see that there are some major problems within our govermental system, you can beat the hell out of me all you want, I still feel as though there is a major issue with appointed judges that have live tenure can overturn the will of the people. The fact that they are appointed is one of my major issues.

i could come up with a theory about how they took down the building using dry ice. IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN DONE WITHOUT PEOPLE KNOWING IT. the accepted story just makes more sense. if someone comes up with something different that makes as much sense as the original story, i'll concede. you cannot load a building up with hundreds of pounds of explosive, wire it all together, and implement an intricate plan that would have involved hundreds of participants and not get definitively found out. impossible.

im not saying they used explosives. im just refering to the video. it said that the center of the buildings were made up of large support beams that would still be standing if the outer portions was to collapse. the man even said it was designed to take multiple hits from 747s and still be standing. so somehow somebody must have done something to pre-weaken the structure for it to fall from only one hit. plus they also show interviews from firefighters who were there that say there was an explosion in the basement of the building seconds before the first plane hit.

And regardless of whether or not it "wasnt really ratified," because they didn't abolish it, you have income tax.

the constitution is the will of the people and trumps any laws made by state or local government.
