The CHEAPEST Audio System EVER LOL

My audio setup... Yea laugh, it "almost" gets the job done.

Pioneer deck (lower line models)

Kicker 2ch Amp (old school and unknown)

8" Subs 35rms x2 ($9.99 a piece... that's sub + box LOL)

8ga wiring kit ($12.99)

Amazingly, to get some little base in my car, I spent under $40 LOL. As for the amp, it was given to me more than half a decade ago... I always assumed that the amp never worked and was blown. I hooked it up and surprisingly it worked.

I mainly bought the Sub/Box combos for the box (obviously!). They fit behind my seats good. I will be upgrading those junkass subs with something more powerful this coming summer. As for the amp, can somebody identify it (wattage, rms, model)?

the deck looks good. with a car that small getting some loud bass shouldn't be hard at all
See im not gonna laugh at your setup man cause that's better then nothing at all something just for a little bit of bump in a small car shouldnt be bad at all.
Yea, little bass is definitely better than no bass. Plus, the car came with a factory premium sound package (which is rare) so the mids and highs are good for the bass it has presently. But ultimately, I want WAY more powerful subs... between 150rms to 200rms. That would be nice //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Then after that your going to want 400-500watts rms then after that you will want hell of a lot more..

Trust me!

I think 150 to 200 rms would be over kill LOL... 500 rms //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

Remember, this subs are directly on my back in a small *** cabin hahaha... the puny 35 rms right now already gives an okay back massage.

No, 500 RMS isn't over kill at all in an MR2, I saw a guy with a 92 MR2 that 4 12's with around 600 RMS each in it. I have no idea how tall the guy was, but hopefully not too tall or else he wouldn't be able to fit in his own car. I took pictures, I'll look on the computer to see if I still have them.
