Ok so ive read the tutorial and have a question for fuctionallity (and looks for me) i CAN REPLACE the factory wire with 1/0awg wire right? this is all i add or replace 1: BATT+ to ALT + 2: BATT - to BLOCK 3: BLOCK to CHASSIS-(i havent looked yet but this one should be there also this is not an addition is it?) or should i just replace all wires (if these three are not the only wires)for the charging system with 1/0awg wire? what are some other causes of lights dimming Im only running 200 rms x 2 to 2 SX rated at 300rms each on 8 awg pwr/ground

leave the factory wiring. just do the big three in addition. it will only make things better. yes there will be a huge wire running through your engine compartment, but who cares.

see. i see allot of people doing from batt - to block, then block to chassis...

i go batt- to block, batt- to chassis, plus block to chassis..

I go - block to chassis and - battery to chassis. I also took a shorter path on my alt + to battery and cut the length to a 3rd (under 3 ft) than if I followed the original.

yea...i did block to chassis and bat to chassis at the same point....then alt to bat +

edit: my length on original was 3ft, but only 10 gauge between alt and batt:wow:
