I'm actually drawing up a box right now that should accommodate my tuning needs.

If you wanna draw one up i'll be happy to pay, just gotta be 41.25" wide and no taller than 18" including double baffle. 6.5 cubes after displacement, tuned to 31 hz

ported with 2 6" aeros, each port needs to be 21" long to get 31hz @ 6.5 cubes.

AQ HDC3, it's the older 3 spider suspension, so it takes plenty of power, so I'm not worried about putting it in a larger box.

31 is too low for that sub generally, depending on your tastes. (I've owned one).
