First set were borken in alot...those things are **** loose now. Second pair Scott started to break them in a little before he sent them out, they came to me and I could tell they still needed some breaking in, so I gave it to them. A little improvement in the lower end, but not much.Manny, He just brough up a good point. How well are these broken in when you did your listening?
The lows should significantly improve once the suspnesion is fully broken in. Maybe a time for a trip to the wall with a dimmer switch.
Wire the D1's in series to 4ohm, get a dimmer switch, plug them up and turn the dimmer up untill you feel you are stressing the drivers. Let them sit there for a few and then put them back in.
Unless they are already broken in, in which case I dont know what to tell you.
