Sir, I believe you misunderstood what I was saying. I am all for the banning of assault weapons, this, I believe would help with the crime rate as well, to an extent.

I love shooting guns, I have a mini arsenal of my own ranging from .22 pistols to modified 20ga's, 12ga's 16ga's and as well as a few custom built handguns.

The difference between guns and everything else you own is that the 1 and only reason guns were made was to kill things, whereas nothing else you own is, also why you comparing them to subs is invalid, a gun is designed to kill, that is its one and only purpose, I know of no one who has been killed with a sub.

gun's aren't just meant to kill, I have never killed anyone but I have a number of guns, its about sport and entertainment and just going out and shooting with friends for fun
