Interesting info about surface-mounting... I didn't realize that they have significantly lower power rating.
For all the surface-mount parts I've done, it's been a thin soldering iron tip, and a steady hand with the tweezers. Quite a pain, but it gets the job done. I've heard about the irons that "blow heat" but never used one. Sounds alot easier to use.

@ SPL, the terminals are angled down... for no good reason... It's not the worst thing ever, but alot of manufacturers are choosing this "upgrade". Is it for clean wiring?
