Test Tones

I didn't really know where to post this, so I just settled for this. I just figured out how to make test tones with the audio editing software I use. I am going to make 2 discs. The 1st will be several various hz tones for 3 seconds. Its going to be titled "Burp CD". Then I am going to make another one with the exact same tones for around 10-15secs to test out subs. I have a few questions before i commit about 30minutes to generating all of these tones.

The time limit in burping is 3seconds correct?

If someone has a box tuned to 29hz, and you play a 29hz tone, that will be the loudest, and fully use the boxes potential?

When creating the tones, it gives me 3 different waveforms to choose from: Sine, Square, & Sawtooth. Which one should I use?

What all tones should I generate?

To answer another question, the time limit for burping at a comp is 30 seconds, but it's recommended for the good of your equipment to keep it between 3-5 seconds.
