Test tones needed please!

None of the links I've found for downloading tones work, and I haven't been able to figure out how to create them on Audacity.

If anybody could help, I'd certainly appreciate it.

Needed:

50hz, -3db

50hz, -6db

1khz, -3db

1kz, -6db

audacity

generate>tone> put in freq, make sure amplitude is 1, set length of track>ok

then you have 2 purpleish bars on the track on the left hand side. one will adjust "gain". pull it to the left to get -3/-6, then export the file as an mp3

Okay I made you the test tracks in Sony SoundForge... but I'm having trouble uploading them... Do you have an email address?
