no, it does not have one. This must be one of the ones that DONT need them. The guy i purchased it from last year installed it on 3 different computer just for me and it never asked for one. I installed it on 2 different computers myselft and it never asked for one.

RIO HunterW, Anarbor84 are a few guys off hand who have seen this one in use for my car or their cars..
