terminal cup

i just bought a second hand sub, and it came with a spring clip terminal cup. when i was looking at it i noticed that the spring clips were gone, so i was wondering if it would be possible to replace the spring clips with an rca terminal cup, or just buy the spring clips to replace the missing ones.

Just buy a new terminal cup.

i think he is talking about on the sub.. the actual connectors not the box

well its the terminal on the box like the one on the outside, but the wires are connected to it...and idk if i can seperate them...do i have to rewire everything as well?

You can replace the terminal cup and hook the old wires onto the new terminal cup.

Cut and bare the old wires, then attach to new terminal cup. The terminal cups that you buy had ways to attach the wire to them.
