Port Noise - sound like this? trying to figure out whats makin this sound

In my current setup. Im runnin 2 15's in 8.25 NET cubes on about 1300rms

Ive got about 108sq in of port area, kinda below AQ's recomended 16/cube rule (8.25 X 16 = 132)

Sometimes I hear this noise but I cant pinpoint it, to me it sounds like the SUB, but not really a mechanical noise, just a noise that isnt musical, you can only hear it on the bass notes that are SHORT, the notes than drone on it sounds just perfect.

Dont know what to trouble shoot here

Hell Im gonna go give another listen.... its late, maybe take a video and see if it can pick up the noise

Im an idiot though, its not port noise, I just removed a sub and found an allen key inside the box, noise gone lol

Interested on the 45 idea though, never done that before

i take no chances with port noise. it's an annoying sound. i've always had trucks, so any port or motor noise is audible. in a trunk car or suv, you probably wouldn't hear it from the front.

Nope, table saw is a cheapy, straight cuts only, jig saw does it, but would turn out like poop

I'll just see if home depots got anything I guess, or use my dads table saw next time Im there, I gotta use his welder to make my battery tray anyways lol, I love my parents and there expensive luxuries lol
