Hey guys, I would like to thank bassaddictJ for all the help, and the tensils. Here are the pics of before and after.

On the longer looking cut tensil I trimmed down farther to the cone

I concur, it is an amp issue. He did exactly what a delay relay would do so I doubt one would help. Now a delay relay on the speakers is another...
