yep they work, your talking about the Crest white strips? if so get the newest ones that say in place better.

They dont do as well as professional bleaching trays, but for $20 instead of $350 I would say they take the cake.

bought them, used them, saw a little difference and decided I wouldn't use anything like them again as they are just a pain.

There is a place in the mall here by my house that does professional teeth whitening starting at like $65. They have a nice both setup with like a dentist chair and everything. Maybe there's a similiar place near you.

Those will work, or there are the advanced ones, either way, you will have to use them for many days, 4 or 5 I think. they will work.

If for some reason you have a teeth molding of your teeth you can buy stuff off of ebay for cheap. Same stuff your dentist uses. I used that when I quit smoking 3 years ago with great results. Was lucky enough to have a molding of my teeth, which many probably do not have, but check it out. Probably just have to type in teeth whitening and its clear stuff in a plastic applicator thing.

You might want to do some more research. A good buddy of mine, who is a dentist, explained that most whitening products contain ingredient that can lead to erosion of the enamel. This can make them more sensitive to temperature and weaken the integrity of the tooth.

That is true, to some extent though. I doubt it will affect much from one cycle. It's like smoking a pack of cigarettes and expecting to get cancer.

A buddy of mines used the Crest Whitestrips ones for 10 days and it seem to work pretty well.

Yes they work but as stated, they make your teeth extremely sensitive and might wear away the enamel. I used Crest Whitening Rinse after quitting smoking since its easier to use and I can use it on the go and just spit it out before I get to wherever I'm going. I think it worked pretty well, but I couldn't drink cold or hot water afterwards for about 20 minutes or my teeth would hurt pretty bad. (pussy i know...)

Perhaps it is MEK?

MEK is used to clean and strip paint off of aircraft.
