Tectran vs. Welding Cable

As far as the conductivity-to-price ratio, which one is the smarter choice? I'm sure welding cable is a lot more flexible and from what I read, it is very good quality copper in them... BUT Tectran DOES make up to quadruple zero... Anyone have experience using these for power cable?
