justin i need you to contact me with a tracking number for the 4 18s i purchased from you. they were not delivered today. also i am still waiting for a tracking number from you you arent taking or returning calls. my girlfriend is wanting to file charges if we dont get the tracking number or if they dont show up soon.

please contact me ASAP so we can avoid her getting legal involved over all this.

I told you last Thursday we were going to nopi, talked to you friday afternoon, told you we left early that morning and they didnt go out.
Then i had planned on getting them out monday afternoon, like i said in the other post, thats why i told you they went out...stuff came up...

I go to school full time, work 60+ hours a week, and have a life man...

Some people dont realize that people have lives out side of their hobby. Your honesty is good. The time i dealt with you i had no problems and i would never hesitate to buy something from you again...

Price and deal doesn't mean shit... this isn't like he talked you down, he paid your asking price, right? Just because you sold 'em for a good deal doesn't mean you aren't bound by the code of good sellers, man.

You admitted you lied to him, told him they were out on Monday, when you hadn't shipped them yet. Don't try to play the ****ing poor man here when you admit you lied, you sold items for your asking price and then didn't do what you said you were gonna do. Even THAT is excusable in my boat, but when you stop answering the guys calls... he wouldn't have had to go to this extreme if you'd have kept your word or at least done the man-up thing, and admitted your mistake, but you just ignored him and compounded the problem.

All this is on you, you have no one to blame but yourself... stop trying to play the ****ing martyr. You ****ed up, now it's on you, and you've damaged your reputation as a seller. Live with it.

You're right, I don't. Maybe he should add a disclaimer to his auctions that says "I'm a shitty-*** liar and you'll get your gear when I ****ing feel like it." That might be truth in advertising, eh?

Too many people ******' this guy's dick because he's "a good guy". Well, **** that. Not only did he **** up, but he made the problem 10x worse by his own actions.

He may not have damaged his rep to YOU.... but some of us don't know everyone and their dog on these boards, and when we do a search for people's names, threads like this come up. I've already passed on 2-3 major items over shit like this, not because there were issues with the sale (it's no big deal, this shit happens from time to time), but it's all in the way the seller handles things.

Look dude fact is i could care less what 90% of the caraudio world thinks about me...thats just how I am.

I try to help people out, most of the people I deal with realize its gonna take awhile to get a product...

I told him I had to build the woofers, when I first got payment, the auction was for motors and recones, he wanted me to build them

So i took 2 days to clean the baskets and build them, and let them dry before I packaged them. That would have put us on a Wed/Thursday, which is when we were getting ready to tow this stupid 17k pound van to nopi...it takes a couple of days of prep.

So you can all say I'm an awful seller, a horrible guy, a scammer, a cheater, a pollock, a jew, a ****ing al queda member or whatever you wanna say...

I'll just remember next time I sell something to make a profit on it, so all these 50% off dealer cost deals are probobly gone.

If you were to call up and order 4 btl 18s from Fi, if he doesn't have them assembled yet, your looking at around a week/2week lead time...

so whats the diff in doing that, and me building woofers?
